Melt overnight frost or a light layer of ice off your airplane before engine start — no scraper near the paint, no guessing with fluid your aircraft was never meant to see.

This 1.5-gallon stainless steel tank pressurizes with a large metal hand pump and applies warm TKS Type I/IV fluid through an adjustable nozzle (stream or mist). A mechanical pressure gauge and built-in relief valve mean everything you need to check still works when it's freezing, no battery required. The 120V stainless heating element is bung-fitted for easy field replacement, and warms the fluid in just a few minutes on a hangar outlet or block heater cord right before you walk out — it's not meant to sit plugged in for hours.

Specs:
- Capacity: 1.5 gal (5.7 L)
- Tank: stainless steel, fluid-rated seals
- Weight: 6.1 lb empty, ~20 lb full
- Dimensions: 16.5 in × 7.1 in dia.
- Application: hand-pumped pressurized sprayer, adjustable nozzle
- Heater: 120V stainless element, bung-fitted, upgradeable to a higher-output element on a 20A circuit
- Safety: mechanical pressure gauge, built-in pressure relief valve

Ground use only. This is not an installed or certified ice protection system — it has no STC and is not for use in flight or in icing conditions. Intended strictly for removing frost or light overnight ice while the aircraft is on the ground, before engine start. Use is at the pilot's discretion, and a thorough preflight inspection is still required afterward.
